We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with Cold Quarter. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, accessories such as earrings cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products are non-refundable. Final Sale
Return Process
- 1 Contact us at contact@coldquarter.com with your order number and reason for return.
- 2 If approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
- 3 Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund free of charge.
